المحكمة الليبية تعتبر انتخاب معيتيق "غير دستوري"
اعتبرت المحكمة العليا الليبية الاثنين انتخاب احمد معيتيق رئيسا للوزراء مطلع أيار (مايو) "غير دستوري" ما يفتح الطريق امام تسوية للأزمة في ليبيا حيث توجد في السلطة حكومتان تتنازعان الشرعية. وقال احد قضاة المحكمة بعد جلسة مقتضبة "ان المحكمة اعتبرت انتخاب معيتيق في المؤتمر الوطني العام (البرلمان) غير دستوري".
